Today's still Wednesday and I'm really tired. I need so much sleep! I have to wait until the weekend, though.
This morning, my phone's alarm clock rang at 6.40, and all I wanted to do is to throw my phone to the wall so the alarm stopped and I could sleep, but, of course, I couldn't do that. After a quick breakfast we had to run again to catch the bus.
I went to the Military Aviation Museum this morning. At first it was interesting, but there were so many planes that it became boring. We visited four different hangars, full of planes who came from countries like Russia, England, Germany and from here, from the US. They had been used in the first and second World Wars.
We had a guide, a man named Warren, who had been in Vietnam during the war, flying with one of those planes he showed us. He knew the name, the country where it had been made, the history... everything from each plane, and he was there to tell us about it, so it was interesting.
We took lots of pictures before going back to the bus, which took us to Lynnhaven Mall, where we had half an hour to go shopping. That wasn't enough time, so all we had time to do was to get into the Hollister store and buy everything which was in sale. That's perfect!
We ate lunch in the bus before going back to the hotel, where the other group was waiting to go to the Museum of Art. I guess next week we'll go to the Art Museum and they'll go to the Aviation one.
In class, we had to explain what had we done this morning, and then, after a short break, we had a different activity. We had to walk around the building and write different features about it. The group of two who got more features won. Most of the groups had between ten and twenty features. There was this one group with 36. But mine, we had 78 different features, and the teacher couldn't believe it.
After that, we had to wait for the other group to arrive to we could take the bus which will take us home. It's a really long way, it takes 45 minutes to get to the stop by bus, from the hotel.
Tomorrow starts the New York optional trip, and I think 80 of 91 people are going. So the rest, like me, are staying here the whole four days. Tomorrow, we're going to the beach, I think, but on Friday, I've decided to stay home and have some sleep, because I really need it. And the host families are planning something to do on Saturday afternoon. That'll be nice.
Back home, the Russian student who's also in my house cooked dinner. She made a Russian soup, a really good one, with vegetables and chicken, and salad. It was really good, I loved it!
