10th day. Waterpark and rest.

I woke up at 8.50 and had breakfast at 10, because I was meeting some of my friends at 10.45 at the Navy base entrance. Only militar families can get in, so I had to wait for my friend's host mother to pick me up. We went to the waterpark on base. We were two boys and four girls, and had a great time going down the slides just like young kids. 

There were three slides there. One went straight down, and it was a bit scary the first time we went down. The other one was a long, curly-shape one. And the last one was tall, and when we got down, it was 1m from the water. 

After going down the slides for almost three hours and a half, we went to have lunch in the park; we bought hamburgers and Corn dogs, something I had never tried before. They were good.

We sunbathe for a while before returning home, where I could finally have time for myself, read and upload photos of the whole week to Facebook. I really needed some rest, and I almost fell asleep.

At 8pm the movie The Help was on TV, so my host mother and I watched it while having chicken wings for dinner. It was great! I knew what was going to happen because I had read the book, but I loved it!

After that I just went to sleep. I was really tired of doing nothing, but needed more rest.
